• We may be able to include some personalised items including your Initial, birth date or horoscope. However this isn’t guaranteed - please leave a note when you check out stating your personal info

• Only gold jewellery will be included

• All pieces will be gold plated however not guaranteed to be nickel free. Please don’t order if you’re allergic to nickel.

• You cannot select which pieces you receive, it is totally random. Don’t message asking for specific products as we will not be able to supply what you’ve specifically asked for and you may end up disappointed. Our ONE exception is if you are from a specific religion and wish for non religious jewellery to be included.
• Lucky dips are non refundable and non transferable
